Rates and Insurance

  • I currently accept Premera, Regence, Lifewise (not Lifewise Alpine) and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans

  • That unfortunately is dependent on your insurance, if you’d like to know prior to working together you can always send me the front and back of you insurance card and I can have my biller find out!

  • If you have insurance that I don’t accept and you have “out of network benefits“ I’m happy to write you a superbill to submit to your insurance company so they can reimburse you for services. If you have out of network benefits and how much you will be reimbursed is dependent on your plan, be sure to also check to see if you have an out of network deductible as well.

    If you don’t have out of network benefits, private pay is an option. I do offer sliding scale pricing, availability depends on capacity.

  • For insurance clients their deductible and copay is set by their insurance and I have no control over pricing.

    For private pay clients I keep a number of sliding scale spots open per sliding scale tier. I base the number of spots I am able to afford off last years budget.
